UPDATED: MARCH 23, 2020.  Dobkin Tile and Stone is committed to protecting our employees and customers from the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. During this difficult time, we will continue to provide you with great customer service and be adapting as changes occur and more information is available.  Following the CDC recommendations and orders given by the Governor’s office of the State of Michigan, our showrooms have been closed until April 13, 2020. Our warehouses and order desks will maintain a minimum staffed to allow for receiving shipments from vendors and touch-less order pick up (see more information below). Orders will be taken by phone and via email only. All buildings will be closed to the public. This is a new experience for all of us. Please be patient, as this situation is stressful for everyone.

Showrooms

At this time, our showrooms will be closed to visitors in accordance with recent “Stay-at-Home” orders issued by the State of Michigan, until April 13, 2020 or until otherwise cleared to resume normal business functions. Showroom features such as showroom consultation, tile selection and sample order and pick-up, are temporarily unavailable.

Picking up orders

We are limiting exposure to you and our employees by implementing touch-less order pickup.

  1. Call at least 90 minutes ahead of time to schedule an order pick-up. The order desk will take your information, confirm what you plan to pick up, and take any final/remaining payment via credit card (if applicable). To make this process as smooth as possible, please have your order number (“Picking Ticket Number”) and credit card information ready.
  2.  When you arrive, call the order desk. The order desk will then tell you which loading bay to pull up to and can answer any questions you may have.
  3. Once you inform the order desk of your arrival, they will alert the warehouse staff, who will then load your order into your vehicle. For your safety and the safety of our staff, please do not get out of your vehicle.

Important information to have when placing an order includes the tile collection name, size, and color, and square footage needed. When ordering installation materials, it is important to know the name of the item desired, color, and amount needed. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and your patience.
